The Delaware Valley Workers’ Compensation Trust (DVWCT) and Property & Liability Trust (DVPLT) is pleased to offer a limited number of $300 scholarships for the following course:

Effective Fitness Combatives (EFC) Instructor Certification

This course is designed to equip Law Enforcement professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to train and lead their peers in training for combatives, defensive tactics and use of force situations.

Four day course: July 10 through 13, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Location:  Upper Dublin High School, Fort Washington PA
Note: You must register directly with the vendor.

How to Claim a Scholarship:

1)  DVWCT/DVPLT members should first contact the Trust to confirm availability and reserve a scholarship by emailing Carol Bigham at cbigham@dvtrusts.com or calling (267) 803-5720. Scholarships are available on a first come/first served basis.

3)  Following the training, send proof of completion and paid receipt to Carol Bigham at cbigham@dvtrusts.com.
4)   Upon approval, DVWCT/DVPLT will issue a $300.00 reimbursement check (limit one scholarship per member entity).
