The Delaware Valley Trusts Online University is a free online training tool that helps members increase their knowledge, protect their employees, and reduce the frequency and severity of accidents and injuries.  It is available 24/7 and features over 350 topics including workplace health and safety, defensive driving, cyber security, employment liability, law enforcement, child safety for public employers, and employee development and leadership. In addition, several courses offer PADEP Water and Wastewater Operator credits. The University also features an interactive user dashboard interface, user tutorials, course management tools, certification tracking and more!

On October 1, 2021, the DVT Online University moved to the NEOGOV LEARN platform Existing University users received an activation email for their new LEARN account .
