Event Overview

Open to DVWCT and DVPLT members at no cost.

This course addresses the skills necessary to run a successful public entity department or working group. It also addresses mission statements, activity planning, staffing, forecasting and budgeting.  Special emphasis will be placed on problem solving and troubleshooting for the public sector. NOTE: Prerequisite course Leadership Fundamentals must be completed prior to enrollment.

Please note this class will now be presented VIRTUALLY rather than in person. Registered participants will receive details and a zoom link approximately one week prior to the session.
