This virtual training fulfills the US Department of Transportation drug and alcohol training requirements for supervisors of drivers who possess a commercial driver’s license. Its purpose is to enable supervisors to determine whether reasonable suspicion exists to require a driver to undergo testing (CFR §382.307). Topics covered include drug and alcohol recognition and awareness, reasonable suspicion, protecting confidentiality, appropriate response when confronted with an impaired worker and other supervisory responsibilities.

Live Webinar will be presented by Matthew D. Verdecchia, Senior Trainer, Health Advocate. A link to the presentation will be sent to registered participants along with materials approximately one week prior to program.
