Legal Update: This session will discuss recently enacted and proposed legislation that directly and indirectly affects workers’ compensation. Presented by Jonathan Calpas, General Counsel, DVT and Jim McGill, Director of Claims, DVWCT.

Workers’ Compensation Case Law Update:  The panel will provide a brief overview of recent developments and trends in case law as it applies to DVWCT and its members. Presented by Martin J. Fallon, Jr., Fallon Van Horn LLC, Jim McGill, Director of Claims, DVWCT and Marie Wallace, Claims Supervisor, DVWCT.

Employer Interventions for Minimizing the Risk of PTSD in First Responders: An overview of the tools employers have at their disposal to minimize the risk of a first responder experiencing a PTSD-related disability. Presented by Dr. Andrew T. Wolanin, Wolanin Consulting and Assessment Inc.
