This course will present tactical communications and de-escalation techniques to enable law enforcement departments and individuals to learn skills designed to prevent potential conflicts from spiraling out of control, stressing that a positive outcome is the desired goal of each citizen interaction. MPOETC approved for 7.5 CLEE credits.
Presented by PA Department of Education, Institute for Law Enforcement Education. Please complete and return the attached ILEE Enrollment with your registration.
