This intensive one-day course provides techniques, tools and strategies to strengthen communication skills including communicating with tact in difficult situations.  It combines all facets of on-the-job interpersonal communication – from speaking to writing to listening to presenting – and shows you, step by step, how to master them.  Please refer to the training provider website for a full program description. Although this is a public seminar, you need to register through the Trust for payment purposes (Skillpath Seminars).
