Open to DVWCT and DVPLT members at no cost.  You must register through the Trust.

Police emergency vehicle operations courses (EVOC) are taught by seasoned police instructors.  The prime objectives of these hands-on, skill-based seminars are: (1) officer safety, (2) protection of innocents and (3) successful law enforcement.

This one (1) day course is designed to introduce police officers to techniques that will assist the officer to safely and successfully deal with routine and high risk vehicle stops during daytime conditions.  Students will spend a 1/2 day in the classroom and 1/2 day on the driving course. Students must successfully complete written and practical exams to receive certification for the course.

Officers should bring their duty belt, holster and bullet proof vest.

Lunch is not included.
