This workshop reviews the legal definition of sexual harassment and the Title VII law, the consequences of violating company harassment policies and impact on employees and the organization. It is designed to be a high-level overview of the law as it applies in all states. Participants will learn what constitutes harassment, why it is so difficult to report it, and how it can be reported with assurance of non-retaliation, resulting in a safer and more productive workplace.
