Bob is the Executive Director for Delaware Valley Trusts. He manages all aspects of operations, provides strategic vision and works collaboratively with the Executive Committees and staff to guide the Trusts’ organizational direction. Bob is a large proponent of professional growth and takes great pride in developing his team members so they can be in a position to achieve career milestones. Bob is focused on building a healthy organizational culture and is an ardent supporter of community service. He volunteers his time on the Pearl S. Buck International Advisory Council and previously served as a trusted advisor to the County of Bucks. Prior to joining Delaware Valley Trusts in 2016, Bob spent nearly two decades at a regional engineering and consulting services firm serving in the capacity of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Executive Vice President. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Temple University. When not working, Bob enjoys playing musical instruments (guitar, bass, mandolin, uke), salt water fly fishing, reading and golf. Carol is the Director of Member Services for Delaware Valley Trusts. In this role, she works closely with Trust leadership on member relations, communications and internal special projects. Carol manages the Trusts’ training programs and provides support in delivering many value-added services to our membership. Carol joined Delaware Valley Trusts in 2006, first working in the Health Trust before moving to Risk Control in 2013. She began working in her current role in 2017. Carol previously worked in local government as an Assistant Township Manager and has municipal experience in administration, human resources, parks and recreation and planning and zoning.   She leverages her local government background and work in all three Trusts to support and serve our member organizations. Carol holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Delaware Valley University and a MPS in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State. Jonathan is the General Counsel for Delaware Valley Trusts. He provides trusted guidance on a wide range of legal and compliance issues for the Trusts including contractual, employee benefits, employment, investment, regulatory, legislative, governance and risk management matters. Jonathan also serves as the Health Trust’s HIPAA Privacy Officer. He enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure the Trusts operate in accord with all legal requirements and fulfill their commitment to intergovernmental cooperation. Jonathan is a recognized health care reform expert and co-authored five editions of The Employer’s Guide to Health Care Reform and a featured Op-Ed in the Philadelphia Inquirer on the “Cadillac Tax”. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State and a J.D. from Temple University. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jonathan was a Certified Public Accountant for a Fortune 50 company. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, gardening, running, tennis and golf. Lauren is the Manager of Health Trust Operations specializing in delivering high quality member experiences and helping Trust members live happier, healthier lives. She oversees plan design and implementation, eligibility and enrollment, claims management and wellness services. Lauren joined the Health Trust in 2017 as the Manager of Wellness & Health Promotion. Peter is the Director of Risk Control for the Workers’ Compensation and Property & Liability Trusts. Since 2003, he has been leading the Risk Control team in their effort to enhance workplace safety and minimize property and liability losses. Peter and his team manage the popular Risk Control Grant Program for the Workers’ Compensation and Property & Liability Trusts, which allows members to make operational improvements that otherwise might be financially infeasible. Over the years this grant program has funded many projects that have safeguarded employees and protected insured assets. One of the most satisfying aspects of Peter’s role is seeing the progress long-term Trust members have made in managing their risks often in the face of significant adversity and fiscal constraints. Peter holds a B.S. in Toxicology from the University of the Sciences, Philadelphia and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering/Hazardous Materials Management from Drexel University, Philadelphia. In addition, he holds an Associate in Risk Management and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Environmental Auditor (Health and Safety), and Certified Playground Safety Inspector. Peter and his family are fans of the great outdoors especially our nations’ incredible national park system. He believes no bucket list is complete without a pilgrimage to Zion National Park in Utah. Tom is the Director of Finance for Delaware Valley Trusts and responsible for all aspects of financial operations. Tom manages our internal accounting department and works in close partnership with the Executive Director and Legal Department on investments and employee benefits. Tom’s day-to-day involves keeping a close eye on our revenue, expenses, cash flow and investments. He also plays a large role in budget preparation. Tom keeps the Trusts’ Executive Committees up-to-date with his monthly financial operations report and was instrumental in the purchase and fit-out of our Horsham headquarters and the Trust Health Center. He has been with the Delaware Valley Trusts for more than 20 years. Tom holds a B.S. in Accounting from Drexel University and an MBA from Philadelphia University. He also completed the Trusts’ own Penn State Municipal Leadership Certificate program. In his free time Tom enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events and traveling.

Neil is the Director of Information Technology for Delaware Valley Trusts.  Over his more than 25 years in the IT industry, he has designed and coded multiple user applications, designed and installed networks, and worked as a Database Administrator.  He manages an experienced team of professionals and provides oversight on all aspects of the Trusts’ information technologies, while introducing innovative technologies to increase the effectiveness of all workflows.  He and his team maintain the integrity of digital data for each of the Trusts and work to provide the highest level of network security for both data access and email communications.  Neil has implemented Electronic Data Interchange, resulting in data that is accurately and securely sent to the Trusts’ business partners.  He has also played a large role in creating many value-added programs that are available to Trust members, including a user-friendly training curriculum for Microsoft Office applications, an IT Network Support program, and a disaster recovery offsite backup program.  Neil can be found on LinkedIn at www.linkedin.com/in/neilmcgarry5718.

Jim is the Claims Director for the Workers’ Compensation and Property & Liability Trusts. He manages an experienced team of professionals and provides oversight to workers’ compensation, auto, and property and liability claims administration. Jim strives to ensure that claims are adjusted and paid promptly and fairly. He also takes great pride in providing a defense to members and their employees in frivolous lawsuits. Jim has been with the Delaware Valley Trusts for over 19 years and working in the insurance claims industry for more than 37 years. Jim earned a B.S. in Business Administration from LaSalle University, is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and holds an Associate in Claims (AIC) General Insurance Designation.
