To print a temporary Aetna ID card: Log onto www.aetna.com. Find your name in the top right corner and click the drop-down menu to select “ID Cards.” Print your ID Card from the webpage or click “Request ID Card” to have a new ID Card mailed to your address on file.

Get the App! Once registered on the Aetna website, you can get the Aetna Health App by texting “AETNA” to 90156 to receive a downloadable link. Message and data rates may apply. You can also download Aetna Health App from the App Store or Google Play. Upon login, you can view a digital copy of your ID card on the home screen.
