Emilie Gutierrez, Manager of Health Trust Operations
We are excited to announce that Emilie Gutierrez joined the Trust team as our new Manager of Health Trust Operations on September 23rd. Emilie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, and we are thrilled to welcome her aboard.
Emilie has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a seasoned nurse leader with over 12 years of experience in clinical programs, leading clinical teams, patient advocacy, and healthcare economics. She is also certified in managed care (CMCN). Most recently, Emilie served as the Senior Manager of Clinical Programs at Payer Matrix, LLC, where she was instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing clinical programs that enhance patient care while achieving significant cost savings for plan sponsors.
Her impressive track record includes multiple awards recognizing her leadership, professionalism, and dedication to patient care. We are confident that Emilie’s skills and passion will greatly benefit the Health Trust and contribute to our ongoing efforts to provide exceptional service and efficient healthcare solutions for our members.

Leslie Frescatore, Training and Program Management Specialist
Leslie began her career at Delaware Valley Trusts in August as the Trusts’ Training and Program Management Specialist, a newly created position. She previously served as the Human Resources Director for Warrington Township. Before Warrington, Leslie worked in Human Resources in both retail and security, managing close to 1,000 employees between Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has a diverse background consisting of working with children, in the banking industry, and Human Resources.
Leslie graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology as well as a minor/concentration in Education. She also graduated with Psychology Honors in Psi Chi. Leslie is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has obtained her SHRM-CP certification. Leslie is looking forward to utilizing her 13 years of Human Resources and training experience to work with our members to create a diverse and vigorous training program.

Jennifer Hauser, Claims Assistant
We would like to formally introduce our newest addition to the DVWCT Team, Jennifer Hauser! Jennifer started her career at the Delaware Valley Trusts in late July as the new DVWCT Claims Assistant.
Jennifer received her diploma of Medical Assistant in 2010. She has extensive experience in high-volume healthcare services, including Fox Chase Pediatrics, as well as Rothman Orthopedic Institute. Jennifer has dedicated her career to assisting those in need, from compassion for the patient to office management including daily operations, as well as customer service.
