The Disability Management Program is a fee-based solution to assist temporarily disabled employees in returning to work on a transitional basis. This support is available when medically appropriate and continues until they can resume their regular duties or find alternative employment. Our approach adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ensuring reasonable accommodations are made for injured employees and job applicants.

How It Works

• Employees may participate if released to modified duty by a physician for at least 30 days (up to 90 days per program, with a maximum of 180 days total).
• Supervisors and management work together to identify suitable transitional positions.
• All case files and medical information are kept strictly confidential.
