Join us for a focused virtual training session on October 7, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, where Ryan Cassidy, Esq. and Scott Blissman, Esq. from Eckert Seamans will provide an essential overview of the legal fundamentals of the Pennsylvania Heart and Lung Act for our DVPLT and DVWCT members. This session will also cover DVPLT’s procedures for submitting and administering a claim under the Act. Whether you are new to the process or looking to refresh your knowledge, this training is designed to equip you with the information you need to navigate claims with confidence.
