This course addresses the skills necessary to run a successful public entity department or working group. It also addresses mission statements, activity planning, staffing, forecasting and budgeting. Special emphasis will be placed on problem solving and troubleshooting for the public sector.
NOTE: Prerequisite course Leadership Fundamentals must be completed prior to enrollment.

DVWCT/DVPLT Scholarship Opportunity
This is an in-depth pool management course for individuals not currently certified and who are preparing to take the PA Dept of Agriculture Core and Category 24 pesticide applicator exams. Please refer to PRPS registration information (see link below).

Schedule: April 24, 2024 *Exams to be held on April 25, 2024
Location: Greater Plymouth Community Center 2910 Jolly Road, Plymouth Meeting PA 19462
Eligibility/Cost: 10 Scholarships of up to $150.00 each are available to DVPLT (Property and Liability Trust) and DVWCT (Workers’ Compensation Trust) members. Limit 2 scholarships per Trust entity.
Deadline: Requests for reimbursement must be received by June 1, 2024.
