Open to DVWCT and DVPLT members at no cost.

Provision of PennDOT Flagger training in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Publication 213. Each session is approximately three hours in duration. This course is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for two-and-a-half credit hours for water and wastewater operators. Upon completion of the course, each attendee will receive a wallet card that indicates completion of the training and is valid for three years
