Open to DVWCT and DVPLT members at no cost.

This elective will help participants develop a general awareness of project management concepts and best practices.  Participants will be introduced to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), as well as other tools to plan and deliver successful projects, and try their hand at applying project management concepts to real-life situations at their public entities.

Please note this class will now be presented VIRTUALLY rather than in person. Registered participants will receive details and a zoom link approximately one week prior to the class.
