All registrants must have completed the Penn State University Public Entity Leadership Program prior to enrolling in this course, which will be confirmed upon registration. 

This course equips students with the skills and strategies to effectively resolve conflicts and negotiate
agreements in personal, professional, and organizational settings. It emphasizes communication, problem solving, and relationship-building to manage disputes constructively and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

● Negotiation techniques and best practices.
● Effective communication and active listening.
● Mediation and collaborative problem-solving.
● Managing high-stakes and cross-cultural conflicts.

relationships, and negotiate successfully in a variety of contexts.
