This session focuses on developing a service-first mindset while equipping leaders with practical strategies for de-escalating conflict and handling challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism. Through interactive exercises and real-world examples, participants will strengthen their ability to represent the municipality effectively and maintain public trust, even under pressure.
