This session empowers municipal leaders to navigate a variety of public-facing situations—whether addressing the media, managing social platforms, or speaking directly to residents. Participants will learn to craft purposeful messaging, avoid common social media missteps, build productive relationships with the press, and respond effectively during crises. The session also emphasizes practical techniques to improve public speaking and presentation skills for greater impact.
