Event Overview

Open to DVWCT and DVPLT members at no cost.

The duty to intervene in a constitutional violation has been an obligation of law enforcement for decades, but one that has been pushed to the forefront by police reform efforts. This course explores the origin of the duty in the law, the actions required of the individual officer and Department, and practical case law examples of the duty in action.

This course is MPOETC approved for CLEE credit.
