Open to DVWCT and DVPLT members at no cost.

This course addresses the skills necessary to run a successful public entity department or working group. It also addresses mission statements, activity planning, staffing, forecasting and budgeting.  Special emphasis will be placed on problem solving and troubleshooting for the public sector.

NOTE: Prerequisite course Leadership Fundamentals must be completed prior to enrollment.

Location for this course is the Lansdale Borough Hall, Council Chambers 1st Floor, 1 Vine St. Lansdale, PA  19446. Parking across the street in the freight house lot.

Lunch will be provided.
