This three-day course is designed for new Field Training Officers (FTO)’s and provides the tools necessary to train and evaluate new hires during the field training process. It provides an overview of the FTO’s role in the development of new hires including performance management, coaching and motivating, and providing both standardized training as well as other training opportunities.
