We are proud to announce the recipients of the 2026 Phyllis Lieberman Women’s Trailblazer Scholarship, a program created to support and advance women in municipal leadership. Established by the Trusts’ Board of Managers in 2018, the scholarship honors the legacy of Phyllis Lieberman, a dedicated municipal leader whose career reflected a strong commitment to public service and local government leadership. Please join us in congratulating this year’s awardees: Amanda Fean, Assistant Township Manager, Upper Merion Township Caitlin Hernandez, Director of Parks and Recreation, Borough of Doylestown Sara Jarrett‑Eaton, Borough Manager, Souderton Borough Each recipient was awarded $2,000 to help cover costs related to professional association participation or educational advancement, supporting continued growth as leaders in local government. After months of traditional physical therapy and medical interventions, some relief was achieved—but the pain persisted. "After injuring my back when I first started at my school, I relied on a cane and the elevator just to get around," the member shared.
