Established by the Trusts’ Board of Managers in 2018, the scholarship honors the legacy of Phyllis Lieberman, a dedicated municipal leader whose career reflected a strong commitment to public service and local government leadership. "After injuring my back when I first started at my school, I relied on a cane and the elevator just to get around," the member shared.
